A We take great pride in the quality and durability of our Mario e-bikes. We are confident that you will be impressed as well, and we stand behind all of our Mario e-bikes, so return the e-bike is rejected but you can cancel the order if not under the process, we will send you the whole refund and refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the order. A 10% processing fee will be applied for any order being canceled if under the process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A All our Mario e-bikes are carefully inspected before shipment and almost completely assembled in our factory. All our bikes are wrapped in bubble warp and extra strong carton protection. Upon receipt, you should immediately inspect product for damage. Freight damage claims can be extremely time sensitive, and therefore, we will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 working days from Customer’s receipt of the product. You should note any damage to the product on the Bill of Lading before the shipment is accepted. And also document any damage with photographs, and date the images whenever possible. Furthermore, you should keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.
